I AGREE TO ACCIDENT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT
Payment requirement still needs to be determined based on parking arrangements. This information will be update shortly and I will be informing guests on the GOING list when arrangements have been finalized. You will be able to make your payment here when I'm able to determine the exact cost and then set up the payment portal.
TERMS, CONDITIONS & REFUND POLICY:
Everyone attending will pay ($TBD) in advance per person to hold their individual spot. The fee will cover parking for Saturday and Sunday nights. If you carpool with another person your fee will be refunded when you arrive because this fee applies to vehicles only. If you make other parking arrangements, your fee will be refunded when you arrive. I require that this fee be paid per person in advance to hold a spot to prevent folks from canceling 'last minute' or just signing up with no real intention of going, which unfortunately happens.
There is no profit being made here and it is understandable if you need to cancel as long as it is within the guidelines listed herein. What I do not want is someone on the waiting list losing his or her possibility to attend because someone cancels too late for another to arrange to attend.
Refunds will be given if you cancel 14 days prior to 04/17/2021 (meaning before 04/03/2021), or if the event is canceled or rescheduled due to weather. Concerning weather, if weather is not favorable for the scheduled date, the trip will be rescheduled or canceled. If you do not cancel prior to 04/03/2021 or you do not show up your payment will be forfeited and applied towards the parking of those that do attend.
ACCIDENT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT.
By making your payment you indicate that you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Georgia Outdoors - Blue Ridge from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in this activity or event.
In addition, you agree to the following: I hereby assume all of the risks of participating and/or volunteering in this activity or event, including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by them, or because of their possible liability without fault.
I certify that I am physically fit, have sufficiently prepared or trained for participation in the activity or event, and have not been advised to not participate by a qualified medical professional. I certify that there are no health-related reasons or problems that preclude my participation in this activity or event.
I acknowledge that this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement will be used by the event holders, sponsors, and organizers of the activity or event in which I may participate, and that it will govern my actions and responsibilities at said activity or event.
